1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Item arrives defective
  • Incorrect item was received

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos or videos).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color choice
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Items worn, used, or damaged after delivery

3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, you may receive a replacement for damaged or incorrect items.

5. Shipping Issues

PrimeFit Supply is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or incorrect address entry by the customer.
