At PrimeFit Supply, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International (if applicable): 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take a few days to update.
4. Shipping Delays
PrimeFit Supply is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacement in all cases.
